About the Role Youll be an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant, serving guests in the pool area, tables and sun lounges on a parttime basis. The role involves delivering friendly, professional service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring accurate food and beverage transactions. Responsibilities Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests in the pool area, tables and sun lounges. Clear tables, clean chairs, and maintain the overall cleanliness of bar, tables and lounge areas. Answer menu questions, communicate menu items, wait times and special requests to the kitchen. Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns. Restock ice, glassware, paper supplies and tote items; turn off lights and perform other closing duties. Collect and manage towels around the pool area and return soiled towels to the laundry. Maintain accurate checks and process payments. Promote safety and follow WHS practices. Qualifications Previous experience in food & beverage service is highly desirable. Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA) required. Strong beverage knowledge and positive, cando attitude. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
