About You You must be experienced in delivering varied lifestyle programs and comfortable using new technology to improve residents'' physiological, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Previous experience as a Resident Care & Wellbeing Assistant is desirable. Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) is a minimum requirement. Preferred: Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure, or equivalent, or Cert IV in Ageing with significant lifestyle experience. Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
