Protech Newcastle is on the lookout for experienced Roller Operators and Civil Labourers to join our team for exciting civil infrastructure projects across the region. This is your chance to be part of major developments in the civil construction sector while working with one of Australias leading workforce providers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Carrying out a variety of civil tasks including trenching, concreting, site cleanup, and trade assistance. Operating hand tools, small plant, and machinery. Spotting for machinery and ensuring safe operations. Keeping the worksite clean and hazardfree by following strict safety protocols. Working closely with supervisors and teammates to keep projects on track. TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Valid White Card, drivers licence, and reliable transport. Previous experience in civil construction. Physically fit and comfortable working in dynamic outdoor environments. A strong work ethic and a positive, teamfirst attitude. RII Roller Ticket and Overhead Power Line Spotter Ticket are highly desirable.
