About our school Emmaus College is a Prep to Year 12 co-educational ecumenical college with an enrolment of over 1,510 students. Summary Be the face of Emmaus College and play a vital role in delivering efficient and impactful administrative support, handling a diverse range of tasks to ensure the smooth and dynamic operation of the school. Status: Term Time Fixed Term until the end of 2026 school year In this position you will be responsible for: Providing a wide range of administrative support to the school leadership team to effectively manage their availability, schedules, and appointments Responding to enquiries ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided in a timely manner Assisting in the development, maintenance and operations of administrative systems and databases, recommending improvements as necessary Maintaining stock and issuing expendable stores including recording stock levels and the distribution of equipment, delivery dockets, invoices and payment vouchers Establishing and maintaining filing and records management systems, including registers and databases, ensuring easy and on-time retrieval of information Be the welcoming first point of contact for visitors, parents and callers, ensuring a positive College experience. Provide efficient administrative and reception support, including calls, emails, mail, appointments and records. Assist with enrolments, staff and volunteer processes as required Maintain an organised, tidy and professional reception area About you To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: Proficiency in Excel and an understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Suite Diary management and the scheduling of activities and appointments at a senior level Maintaining a variety of administrative systems Being responsible for enquiries from a variety of stakeholders and supplying timely information in an engaging way For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
