About the Candidate WorkPac is seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Painter to join our team at the Mt Thorley facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of mining equipment. What You Will Be Doing Surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, and applying primers Mixing and applying paints, varnishes, and other coatings Using painting tools including spray guns, rollers, and brushes Inspecting finished surfaces to ensure quality Maintaining and cleaning equipment and workspaces Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines Following safety regulations to ensure a hazardfree environment What You Will Need Proven experience as an Industrial Painter in manufacturing or mining environments Proficiency with painting techniques and tools Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read technical documents and follow specifications Knowledge of safety procedures Physical stamina for manual tasks Ability to work independently and in a team Benefits Supportive team environment with onjob training Super paid on all hours Access to major discounts across leading retailers, Wellbeing Hub, and special offers through partnership with Flare Apply now.
