About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will be an allrounder with experience across restaurants, bars, cafs or events with a passion for great service. You will assist in delivering attentive and engaging service across our outlets such as: Palisade Kitchen & Bar: The hotels signature restaurant, offering elevated modern Australian cuisine that celebrates fresh, local produce in a relaxed beachfront setting. Norths Bar: A contemporary and welcoming lobby bar, perfect for coffee by day and classic cocktails or wines by night, just moments from the sand. As well as assisting in Events and Conferences across our event spaces.
