Port Macquarie Panthers has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and versatile Gaming Attendant to join our friendly gaming team, where your accuracy and reliability will make a real impact. Panthers are currently seeking a vibrant and hardworking individual to join our Gaming team on a part time basis. Thriving in a fast paced team environment, you will have the ability to work efficiently and pro-actively as you learn to perform the various tasks associated with the Gaming Department. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service, take pride in your workplace and will demonstrate exceptional communication skills to our members and guests. Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to: Following strict security procedures and policies Accurately processing cash transactions across the venue Balancing CRTs, ATMs, Mini Cashiers, and the Central Bank Maintaining precise records and reporting with zero room for error Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests General cleaning duties as required. Providing Bar service to the Gaming team Poker machine maintenance and drink service Working as a Keno Operator and Cashier Cash handling duties Resolving Gaming Floor enquiries To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for accuracy Proven cash handling and data entry skills A calm, reliable, and trustworthy nature A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service RSA and RCG qualifications Must be available to work nights shifts Excellent written and verbal communication skills High standard of personal grooming Previous Gaming experience would be highly regarded Why work for Panthers?
