Security Officers Multiple Positions | Sunshine Coast Locations We are currently seeking suitably qualified Security Officers for multiple positions across various sites on the Sunshine Coast, including Kawana Shoppingworld and Caloundra Shopping Centre. These roles are primarily casual, with a limited number of permanent Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-focused security services in a dynamic retail environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality front-line customer service and support Identify and respond to risks, incidents, and emergencies (medical/security) Maintain accurate reporting and documentation during shifts Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency services Apply conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques professionally Minimum Requirements Current First Aid & CPR certificates Valid Security and Crowd Control licenses (state-specific) Strong communication and customer service skills Flexibility for a rotating 24/7 roster High standards of integrity, grooming, and professionalism Experience in regulated environments and outcome-focused work Why Join Trident?
