Job Overview Bayside Garden Care is hiring a Full time Gardener role in Bentleigh East, VIC. Apply now to be part of our team. Fit, keen gardener required for commercial and residential accounts around Bayside, Melbourne. (most sites are 10km from Bentleigh East 3165) Work includes private gardens, factories, schools and a yard. A genuine knowledge of horticulture and plants is a bonus. Key Responsibilities Garden maintenance tasks include: replanting garden schemes min-loader and chipper operation hedging and pruning spraying edging ride-on & push mower (only some) tree lopping to 6m (garden clean ups) chainsaw green waste management, disposal rake and blower mulching and feeding pest and disease management Yard tasks include: potting waste management loading and stacking pallets chipping composting mini loader spraying Garden installation (soft & hardscape) is also available for those keen to impress. About the Role Requirements for this role: Looking for candidates available to work: Mon morning Mon afternoon Tue morning Tue afternoon Wed morning Wed afternoon Thu morning Thu afternoon Fri morning Fri afternoon 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $30 - $35 per hour Working with Children Certificate required (or simple application of & receipt) A qualification in horticulture or equivalent experience and knowledge as demonstrated Start Nov 2025 Additional Information A driver''s licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage or bicycle and meet the crew to service the sites.
