About Us: At Family Centered Support Services, we provide a range of services to children, young people, and families, including respite care, inhome support, and residential outofhome care. About the Role: As a Team Member, you''ll play a vital role in supporting Children and Young People living in Residential OutofHome Care at our therapeutic, rural properties, where we focus on a technologyreduced model of care. Your main responsibilities will include engaging with and supporting Children and Young People who exhibit challenging behaviours, helping them achieve their social, educational, cultural, and emotional goals. You''ll also oversee their daily care. Our mission is to equip Children and Young People with new coping strategies and prosocial behaviours to help them transition to a forever home.
