6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants About the Role The role of a Scheduler helps provide, maintain and create the rostering/schedule for our Home Care Workers in the Lismore area and ensure our clients are properly cared for. This is an ongoing casual position with guaranteed MondayFriday work hours. Responsibilities The Roster Coordinator (known internally as a Scheduler) provides scheduling services to all Home Care staff. The Scheduler efficiently manages and administers client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consistency, efficiency and fairness while maintaining care worker contracted hours. Actively and cooperatively participates as a member of the centralised support team, providing system and staff administration by maintaining uptodate data on care worker information. Requirements Demonstrated experience in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre roles. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail. Natural problemsolver with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
