In addition, the GP Unit hosts the Bungee Bidgel Aboriginal Health Clinic. The GP Unit is staffed by GPs, a Practice Manager, Practice Nurse and Reception Staff, across two sites at Hornsby Hospital and Brooklyn. The practice is a Department of Hornsby Hospital and provides teaching to medical students, resident doctors and GP Registrars. The goal of the GP Unit is to provide a first class medical service to patients, whilst maintaining a focus on teaching.
