Agitator Driver FIFO Location: Newman/WA. Fulltime, permanent role, 2:1 roster Ex Perth. About the Role Safely operate an agitator truck to deliver premixed concrete to designated locations. Conduct thorough inspections of the concrete mixer to ensure it meets safety and quality standards. Comply with all relevant safety, health, and environmental legislation. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work instructions. Assist with maintenance, complete the Daily Operator Checklist, ensure truck and mixer cleanliness, and monitor and maintain slump of each load within tolerance limits. About You Valid driver''s licence with a clean driving record. Previous experience as an agitator driver or similar role preferred. Strong commitment to safety and thorough understanding of safety regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine checks. Physical fitness to handle heavy loads. Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and overtime. Why Holcim?
