About Stellarossa Stellarossa Coffee began in Brisbane in 2009, and since then weve grown throughout Queensland, with further expansion in progress. Each caf is locally owned and operated, meaning our franchise owners are emotionally invested in making their business work and keeping their teams and guests happy. At our stores, you will find unique menus featuring Stellarossa core dishes as well as local favourites. About the Role As an Experienced Barista at Stellarossa Nerang, you will be busy pumping out coffees and preparing cold drinks for dinein and takeaway, while interacting with guests, taking their orders, and supporting your fellow team members. We have two parttime positions for 2530 hours each, with a focus on weekdays. Responsibilities Prepare and serve highquality coffee and espresso beverages. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Dial in grinders to Stellarossa espresso recipe. Interact with guests, taking their orders and providing exceptional customer service. Assist with opening and closing duties. Support your team members and create a positive atmosphere. Manage FOH inventory and restock supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista. Considerable availability Monday to Friday. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a highpressure environment. A charismatic, engaging, bright, and bubbly personality. High energy and productivity levels.
