Bond cleaning for a 3 bedroom unit. Mainly wipe down of walls and double checking details missed as home has been cleaned already Specific Job Details Schedule: Need job done urgently Budget: Not Specified Site Visit Weekdays Businesshours Client Older female who lives alone in small single story townhouse. Looking for 1.5 hours cleaning per week OR 2 hours every second week. Clean bathroom toilet, shower, sink Change bed x 1 king size bed Laundry Fold and put away clean towels/tea towels Wash and hang out bed linen Dust living room Wash dishes and wipe down kitchen benches Usually ONE extra task per visit from the list below time permitting: clean the oven Dust 1 x ceiling fan and clean filters in 2 X A/C units Clean base station of robot vacuum/mop (instructions given, it takes about 15 minutes) Dust windowsills, skirting boards, and spot clean corners, and behind doors that the robot vacuum doesnt reach. The home is well maintained and generally tidy. Hard floors throughout but robot vacuum/mop means no vacuuming or mopping required other than spot cleaning as described above.
