Monitor cashier accountability and report problems to the Service Operations/Customer Service Manager and Store Director. Resolve cash and shrink issues with Loss Prevention and frontend management. Assist the Store Director with billing and invoices. Maintain the sales book and report sales information to the Division Office. Perform administrative duties such as ordering money orders, passes, gifts, postage, and change. Handle payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance and timely processing. Coordinate the hiring process, including interviews, drug testing, orientation, and records maintenance. Serve as liaison among HR, Payroll, Benefits, and store operations. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and safety procedures. Support frontend operations and maintain office cleanliness. Physical & Skills Requirements Must sit for long periods, move, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to approximately 20 lbs. Strong manual dexterity and eyehand coordination. Knowledge of cash balancing, reconciliation, and company policies. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages) and computer proficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle interruptions. Comfortable with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must maintain professional grooming and dress code standards. Union and Non-Union The pay range is $16.76 to $25.15 per hour, varying by location, experience, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
