Your responsibilities will include: Lead Admissions and Student Success: Oversee end-to-end admissions processes and implement student success initiatives to enhance the overall learning experience. Manage and Mentor Teams: Lead Admissions Officers and Student Success Advisors, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth. Drive DataInformed Strategies: Utilize analytics to inform decisionmaking, improve processes, and enhance student outcomes. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work across internal and external partnerships to develop and implement student success programs. You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced team leader with a strong understanding of admissions processes and a passionate commitment to student success, capable of driving operational excellence in a dynamic online education environment. Have relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in business administration or a related field. Possess a strong operational mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement quality assurance frameworks. Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
