As Team Leader, you will provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to a dedicated team, of practitioners, ensuring services are high quality, child-centred, and culturally responsive. The team is based in Katherine and in Darwin. You will: Lead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary team of practitionersOversee day-to-day operations, reporting, and complianceBuild effective relationships with stakeholders, communities, and referral partnersDrive program quality and continuous improvement aligned to 54 reasons Practice FrameworkManage risks to service delivery, staff wellbeing, and child safeguardingAdvocate within the broader service system for children, parents, and carers Skills and Experience Required Youre a motivated and compassionate leader with experience in community, early years, or family support services. Youre confident managing teams and building strong local partnerships to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
