Your Role The Administration Assistant (Community Relations) will assist in the production of promotional materials, manage social media and website content, and support the coordination of school events. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive school image. About You An understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic Education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. The ability to work well either individually or collaboratively as part of a team, and to accept direction and support. The ability to adapt and be flexible within a dynamic educational setting. Tertiary qualifications at Certificate level (or working towards) or equivalent knowledge, qualifications and experience relevant to this role would be highly regarded.
