About The Role 2 weeks classroom style training to get you started Answering Sales phone calls and enquiries Gaining handson experience in dealerships selling cars, supporting dealership teams, and ensuring customers stay engaged and connected Assisting customers by understanding customer needs and providing tailored options and solutions Contributing to the achievement of sales goals Maximizing every sales opportunity by providing the ultimate customer experience What Were Looking For Customer service excellence: Proven ability to create positive customer experiences. Reliability & commitment: 5-day roster (including Saturdays) with rotating RDOs. Drive to learn & grow: Enthusiasm to build a rewarding sales career. Team player: Open to feedback, collaboration, and contributing to a supportive culture. Confident communicator: Comfortable facetoface, over the phone, and online. Tech capable: Confident using different systems and platforms. License: Current drivers license essential.
