What we are looking for Proven experience operating heavy plant machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, graders, dozers, rollers, etc.). Specific experience requirements will vary depending on the specific plant required for the role. Valid and relevant plant operation licenses/certifications (e.g., excavator ticket, loader ticket, etc.) applicable to the machinery being operated. Demonstrated understanding of plant operation safety procedures and regulations. Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on plant machinery. Experience working in a construction or similar environment is highly desirable. Strong Safety Awareness Follow site plans and protocols Flexibilty to assist with general labouring as required For Labourers: Previous experience as a construction labourer or in a similar manual labour role. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Understanding of site safety procedures. Ability to work effectively as part of a team or Independantly Experience with site cleanup, material handling, and general labouring duties. General Requirements for Both Roles: Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) or equivalent. Commitment to safety. Reliability and punctuality. Ability to follow instructions.
