As we expand, were looking for skilled and motivated operators to join our team and be part of our next chapter. The Role Were currently seeking an experienced excavator operator to join our crew. This is a casual position with consistent fulltime hours, operating a 5.5T excavator across different job sites, with the chance of operating smaller or larger machinery. Projects are based in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs, so travel between sites will be part of the job. A current HR licence is essential, along with excavator and skid steer tickets. Pay rates are competitive and based on experience. Key Responsibilities Driving the truck to and from worksites Site cuts and preparation Retaining wall and fencing work Pool excavations and digouts Following instructions from Site Supervisors and senior team members Working efficiently as part of a team Maintaining safe work practices at all times Requirements Valid HR licence White Card and any other relevant industry tickets or licences Strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures Confident operating a 5.5T excavator, including in tight or confined areas Minimum 12 years experience in a similar role Able to work independently or as part of a team as required Willingness to assist with general labouring duties when needed If you take pride in your work, value teamwork, and are looking to join a downtoearth, growing family business, wed love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
