This is a full-time, permanent position commencing in Term 1, 2026. We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and relational individual who can provide executive-level support to the Head of Secondary and work collaboratively within our growing College community. The successful applicant will demonstrate a heart for Christian education, a commitment to excellence, and the capacity to work with confidentiality, discernment, and care. Key Responsibilities include Providing high-level administrative support to the Head of Secondary Managing calendars, appointments, and meetings Drafting and managing correspondence, reports, and communications Coordinating key events, activities, and communications across the Secondary School Supporting student data tracking, reporting, and documentation Liaising professionally with staff, students, parents, and external organisations Assisting with enrolment processes for Secondary staff, students, and transition documentation Maintaining filing systems, records, and compliance documentation Supporting the Head of Secondary with key projects, planning, team meetings, and operational tasks Assisting with purchasing requirements for the Secondary School Assisting with excursions and relevant transport bookings across the College Upholding the Colleges Christian ethos in all interactions Qualifications & Experience Highly organised and efficient with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines Previous experience in the role of Administration Assistant in an educational institution is highly regarded Advanced customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Capacity to manage and prioritise competing tasks and requests Proficiency in relevant IT applications including the Microsoft Office suite Demonstrated reliability, tact, confidentiality, and discretion Current First Aid certificate, Working With Children Check, and National Police Clearance Alignment with the Colleges Statement of Faith and Christian values Conditions of Employment The successful applicant will be employed in accordance with the employment requirements and conditions of Foundation Christian College: Remuneration for this position will be determined dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications Award Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020 A Pastoral/Church reference.
