Gutter Installation Supervisor Newman Roofing is seeking a reliable Gutter Installation Supervisor to oversee daily residential gutter installation projects. This is an entrylevel leadership role perfect for someone who is responsible, motivated, and eager to learn in the construction industry. Well provide training on our standards and installation processes. What Youll Do On-Time & Reliable: Arrive each day ready to lead your crew and represent Newman Roofing. Crew Oversight: Supervise installation teams to ensure gutters are installed to Newmans quality standards. Customer Communication: Be the main point of contact for homeowners, answering questions and providing updates. Job Site Standards: Ensure cleanup is done properly and the job site is left in excellent condition. Learning & Growth: Be open to training, coaching, and learning the trade while developing leadership skills. What Were Looking For Reliability: Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. Customer Service: Friendly and professional communication with homeowners. Willingness to Learn: Construction experience is desired but not required well train the right person. Team Leadership: Ability to guide and support crew members. Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors in different weather and able to lift/carry materials up to 80lbs. Drivers License: Valid license and clean driving record required. Background Check: All candidates must successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
