About the role As Supervisor you will work closely with the Management team to lead day to day venue operations, inspire the team, and ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience that reflets the quality and tradition of Cascade. Your responsibilities will include Lead and Mentor front of house staff to deliver outstanding service Ensure smooth communication between kitchen, bar and events staff Support the coordination and delivery of events and functions Supervise day-to-day bar and restaurant operations Assist with stock control, cash handling and end-of-day procedures Monitor quality of food and coffee About You Previous experience in hospitality supervision (restaurant, bar or events) A keen eye for detail when it comes to creating the right atmosphere for the venue Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team culture A passion for hospitality and sharing the Cascade story with guests.
