About The Role We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to provide highquality administrative and support services. Key Responsibilities Perform a range of administrative tasks, including reception duties, appointment scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining school records. Manage student attendance processes, including late arrivals, early departures, and SMS attendance alerts, in line with departmental procedures. Support school staff by coordinating relief staff, organising excursions and camps, and preparing documents such as newsletters, reports, and school communications. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing advice and support while maintaining a friendly and professional manner. Contribute positively to the school environment by working collaboratively as part of a team and actively enhancing the school community. Ideal Skills Experience with systems such as OneSchool, IDAttend, or Schoolzine is highly regarded. Interested?
