Customer Service Officer Logan Central Join to apply for the Customer Service Officer Logan Central role at Hearing Australia. Overview We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer who will support and empower clients of all backgrounds, providing exceptional service at our Logan Central and Beenleigh locations. Responsibilities Greet clients and attend to all counter and telephone enquiries. Cover reception and undertake general administration duties, including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry and monthly reports. Communicate with clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, and those from multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds. Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting. Assist clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids. Qualifications Experience as a proactive problem solver with a desire to accept responsibility and take ownership of your work. Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and some exposure or working knowledge of mobile technology (Apple or Android applications). A desire to work within an organisation that contributes to the greater good and provides genuinely rewarding work. Willingness to undergo a police check, hold a current drivers licence, and have the right to work in Australia. Benefits Attractive salary package includes a generous 15.4% superannuation.
