We are looking for an Inbound Inside Sales Associate to join us at INSHUR! Were based in sunny Brighton (sea , chips , and seagulls included), and our company embraces a hybrid working model, allowing you to thrive in both collaborative office settings and the comfort of your own home . Youll have the opportunity to work remotely while also connecting with your colleagues at our Brighton office at least once a week, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment. Youll be working on reinventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories including the UK , US , and the Netherlands , with plans to expand into new European countries. Supported by (and reporting to) the Inside Sales Manager, you''ll be joining a friendly team of four outbound associates and a growing team of inbound associates. Which are part of the Growth functionresponsible for driving new initiatives at Inshur, including collaborations and campaigns between Sales and Marketing. The Inside Sales team focuses on winning direct revenue for the business, creating value, and building clear differentiators between Inshur and our competitors. What you''ll do As an Inbound Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting prospective customers in their purchasing experience and if required through the renewal journey. Youll be working on: Managing incoming calls on our inbound phone line, handling both quotation and purchase enquiries Meeting and exceeding weekly targets for revenue, abandonment rate, and conversion Using consultative sales techniques to understand customers insurance needs and provide compliant, tailored product support Closing sales and ensuring all customer information is accurately captured and maintained in our CRM Partnering with the Outbound team to schedule and hand over customer callbacks efficiently Collaborating with the Inside Sales team to improve sales processes Working closely with the Customer Support team to ensure customers are directed to the right resource for their needs. Operating effectively during busy periods, while proactively supporting the wider sales function during quieter times. We dont have a definite checklist of skills our hiring process is much more about aptitude and passion than ticking boxes. So dont worry if you havent used a particular tool or checked off all the listed skills and experience. That said, below is a guideline of skills that we think would make you successful in this role: Wed love to hear from you if you have: Have a strong background in a high volume phone role Have experience working to targets - driven inbound or proactive outbound sales environment and have an excellent record of exceeding targets Can build rapport over the telephone, with strong communication skills, able to forge strong relationships with customers and prospect customers Understand that we are passionate about adding value to our customers and prospects In a competitive environment your ability to ask dynamic and probing questions to uncover needs (and latent needs) is a critical communication skill you must be willing to continually develop You will be passionate about being curious! The more you can learn about customers/ prospects needs, budget and buying process the more successful you will be at aligning our products to them. Understand the value of managing your time effectively. What to expect from the process: Screen & Intro: 30minute video call with the Talent Team to discuss the role and your experience. First Interview: 60minute interview with the Inside Sales Manager and someone from the people team. A general Q&A, assessing role and culture fit. Final Interview: A brief live role play and then followup questions with the Inside Sales Manager and Director of Operations What we offer Our budget for this role is 25,000 to 27,500 + OTE of 6 - 8k and we will take into account any previous experience when agreeing on the final offer.
