Department: Governance, Recreation and Property Services Employment Status: Full-time, fixed term (2-year contract) Location: Kingston, Civic Centre Salary: $62,427 per annum + 12.5% superannuation About this position Are you looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic and professional environment? We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop key skills in customer service and office administration. The position works within a team responsible for delivering quality frontline customer service from pointofenquiry to resolution, handling customer enquiries, service requests, transactions, and complaints in an efficient, professional, and responsive manner. You will need to have a positive and flexible approach to work, willingness to learn as well as good communication skills. The successful candidate will undertake a Certificate III in Business qualification while working in our busy office environment. This traineeship has a nominal duration period of two years and continued employment beyond the twoyear traineeship is not guaranteed.
