As a Customer Banking Specialist, youll be at the forefront, working hard to develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Youll have confidence in the Banks products and will initiate conversations to understand customers requirements, ensuring we fulfill their needs. Were looking for great communicators who are curious, eager to learn and love working with people. If youve worked in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role, youll already have some of the core skills and well provide the training and support to help you build your knowledge and confidence in banking.
