Join to apply for the Project Manager (2 years fixed term) role at Careers at Council.The JobCouncil is seeking a project manager with strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the capability to effectively plan, schedule and deliver multi-disciplinary civil and community projects in accordance with Councils Project Management Framework. The successful applicant will facilitate engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are agreed, communicated and achieved as well as developing project management plans, tender and contract documentation, reports and consultation.Ideally we are seeking a qualified and experienced project manager; however, if you are an upandcoming project manager who would like the opportunity to be mentored by a qualified and experienced construction manager and get experience on largescale projects within a structured and integrated project management environment we want to hear from you.The LocationSnowy Valleys Council is a scenic and heritagerich local government area in the SouthWest Slopes region of New South Wales. It spans 8,959km with approximately 15,000 residents. Working from the chosen location within the Local Government Area offers a relaxed and affordable lifestyle with access to leisure, shopping, education and employment.
