We currently have an opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team. This position will support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), a 50/50 joint venture between Downer and CPB Contractors to undertake major upgrades and replacements of existing infrastructure and facilities. We are seeking candidates to be part of our team on the redevelopment project, covering the Albury Wodonga Military Area, Blamey Barracks (Kapooka) and the RAAF Base Wagga. Location: RAAF Base Wagga candidates must be based in the area or willing to relocate. What Youll Do Oversee and administer incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation. Support formatting and typing of correspondence, meeting minutes and presentations. Issue purchase orders for stationery and electronic supplies and manage the purchase order process. Maintain an efficient and secure filing system for project records. Ensure subcontractors, managers and engineers understand administrative requirements. Monitor contractors and suppliers as outlined in the project plan and advise managers on daily activities. What Youll Bring Certification or ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance (Australian citizen required). High school certification plus relevant word processing and secretarial qualifications and/or training. Previous experience in a similar administration position; construction industry work environment experience is highly desirable. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities in a highvolume work environment.
