Add expected salary to your profile for insights As the Lending Specialist, you will provide a high-quality lending experience to our existing and new members within the Beaudesert region by delivering them with appropriate products and services. You will be responsible for assessing, interviewing, and processing standard and complex mortgage deals and identifying opportunities to grow our business by recognising our Members needs. This is a full-time position based on a 38hour work week. You will be based in our Beaudesert Branch and support our South East region. About You Strong banking knowledge with an understanding of financial analysis and credit standards Mortgage & SME lending experience A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management skills and conflict resolution High attention to detail FSRA ASIC Tier II Accreditation (within 5 years) (or willingness to undertake it) Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (FNS40821) About Us Put simply, we are a bank that has a distinct purpose of helping Queenslanders live better lives through better finances.
