This position plays a pivotal role in supporting our LAC team to support people with disabilities, their families and carers, and the broader community, ensuring people with disabilities are included and valued, are able to participate in and contribute to community life, and are connected to the resources, services and support they need to achieve their goals.Who we are looking for:Successful applicants for this position, will be people who:are friendly, kind and positive people, with a can-do attitudenot only want to meet expectations, but want to exceed themare highly organised, efficient and effectiveare passionate about inclusion and capacity building, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.About the Local Area Coordination TeamBlue Sky Community Services is delivering the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Local Area Coordination Service (LAC) in partnership with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
