We are looking for Assistant Project Managers to join us and play a key role in supporting the delivery of successful projects within our Programmes & Change Team. About The Role As the Assistant Project Manager, you will support the project team to deliver its strategic commitments. You will oversee certain project elements and sometimes lead smaller projects with guidance. You will work with a range of internal colleagues like Programme Leads, Senior Managers, PMO, Finance, and Technical Teams, as well as regional teams and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities Help set up, plan, and monitor projects, organising systems, files, and meetings. Maintain project controls, ensuring documents are up-to-date, versioned, and meet required standards. Monitor costs, expenses, and payments, keeping logs for risks, actions, and dependencies. Handle resource planning and mobilisation, ensuring the team has what it needs when required. Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks for meetings, workshops, and communications, ensuring smooth operations for the wider team. Prepare work instructions, support lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement. About You Strong organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project). Excellent written and verbal communication skills plus numerical aptitude. Experience working in a project environment with diverse teams.
