Selection Criteria Unconditional registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Paediatrician. Recent clinical experience in Paediatrics at the required level of service. Effective teamwork and leadership within a multidisciplinary team. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Commitment to teaching, ongoing education, research, and quality improvement. Availability for oncall roster and onsite response within a reasonable time.
