Youll be the voice and creative force behind our social presence, working end-to-end across platforms to inspire, engage, and grow our community of coffee lovers, athletes, and go-getters. What Youll Do Manage and grow Beforeyouspeak Coffees presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Develop and execute content strategiesideation, scheduling, and execution (captions, graphics, shortform videos, behindthescenes storytelling). Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and customer queries in our brand tone of voice. Oversee ambassador contentbriefing, coordinating, and ensuring consistent alignment with our style and campaigns. Track performance metrics, report insights, and optimize content and engagement strategies to hit ambitious growth goals. Who You Are Experienced in managing social media for a brand, agency, or influencer (23 years+ preferred). Skilled in shortform video creation (Reels, TikTok) and copywriting, with an eye for creative storytelling. Passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and/or functional food & drinks. Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, able to juggle deadlines in a fastpaced environment. A selfstarter who thrives in both independent and collaborative work.
