Shire Administration Office (7000 Great Eastern Hwy, Mundaring) Full-Time Salary $80,574.00 - $85,605.00 (per annum) About the Job Shire of Mundaring is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resources Administration Officer to join our dedicated People and Culture Service. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the People and Culture team, helping to build capability and foster a culture that supports service excellence. Key responsibilities: Process, maintain, and manage all HR data, personnel, and training records with confidentiality and accuracy. Maintain HR databases, document management, and continuously improve processes. Support recruitment and onboarding. Provide timely and professional responses to customer enquiries. Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies. Initiate, promote and support wellness and training initiatives. To be successful you will have: An ability to undertake research and compile reports and business correspondence. Demonstrated experience in the use of business systems and software. A working knowledge of People and Culture Service functions and processes.
