A Day in the Life Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 25 team members Driving the Ghanda values with your store team Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance About You With demonstrated leadership experience who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously With similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a dealbreaker At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience If you think youre the next best thing to hit the #GhandaGang we cant wait to hear from you!
