The practice has a loyal and engaged client base and is known for its community-first, quality-driven approach. Youll join a supportive and collaborative team that values high standards of care, continuity, and genuine client connection. The hospital is well-equipped with digital x-ray (including dental), ultrasound, a surgical theatre, in-house laboratory, intensive care facilities and access to visiting specialists. In this role, youll champion best-practice medicine and surgery, mentor and support colleagues, and help shape the clinical direction of the practice. Youll also play a key role in fostering a positive team culture and enhancing the client experience. The employer offers flexible work arrangements, with both full-time and part-time options available, and access to leadership mentoring and professional development opportunities. The position offers a salary package of $160,000-$180,000 per annum (FTE) plus super, with leadership bonus incentives and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include a generous CPD allowance, one week of CE leave, leadership development support, paid parental and volunteer leave, VSB registration paid, $1,000 towards memberships or subscriptions, and discounts on retail, travel and services. The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.
