As the Additional Works Program Manager at Fiona Stanley Hospital, youll lead the Additional Works Team within the Major Works function, ensuring consistent delivery of highquality projects across the hospitals portfolio. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the Additional Works team Apply effective governance controls across all delivery activities Monitor project schedules, financials, and milestones to track delivery performance Coordinate audits, quality reviews, and ensure compliance with standards Manage stakeholder engagement and foster positive working relationships Effectively facilitate early engagement, scoping and estimation activities Prepare reports, chair meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives What Youll Need Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects in a healthcare or building environment Strong leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programs aligned with FSH outcomes Expertise in risk management, budgeting and financial forecasting Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, or Agile) Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent industry experience In joining us, youll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders who will help you achieve your goals.
