Pindara Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse to join Ward 1B Palliative / Oncology / Haematology / Medical. You will play a key leadership role in day-to-day clinical decision-making, staff mentoring, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.This is an ideal role for an experienced Registered Nurse ready to advance into leadership while continuing to provide handson, specialised care in Oncology, Haematology, and Palliative settings.Key responsibilitiesAct as a clinical resource, providing expert guidance and support to nursing staff.Lead by example to ensure the highest standards of patient care.Supervise, mentor, and support team members to encourage professional growth.Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aligned with hospital goals.About YouYou are a proactive and compassionate nurse who leads with empathy and professionalism.
