We''re now seeking a People Business Partner who will bring expertise, empathy, and strategic insight to help our people and services thrive. You''ll work closely with Area Managers, the Early Childhood Education team, and other internal partners to deliver people-focused initiatives that build capability, engagement and a strong, values-driven culture across ECMS. This is a full-time role, with part-time arrangements and/or start date in the new year considered for the right candidate. Enjoy flexible working hours and work-from-home options. Provide expert HR advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle Partner with leaders to build leadership capability and confidence in people management Support workforce planning, role design, and organisational change initiatives Lead and manage complex employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations and performance management Coach and influence leaders to embed our values and create a thriving, high-performing culture Manage WorkCover and non-work-related injury processes Lead and contribute to projects and initiatives that shape ECMS''s people strategy and strengthen organisational capability More about you Significant experience in HR business partnering, with strong ER/IR knowledge Experience interpreting EBAs, Modern Awards, and managing complex employee relations matters Strong coaching and influencing skills with leaders at all levelsA proactive, customer-focused approach and ability to work independently Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and RTW Coordinator training Experience in the early childhood or not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential - what matters most is your alignment with our purpose and values Why ECMS?
