About the role Were looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Planner to support the reliability and performance of our surface and underground mobile fleet. In this role, youll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling all maintenance activities for heavy and light mobile equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution. Youll work closely with the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, Supervisors, and Supply teams to build practical weekly maintenance schedules, manage work orders in Pronto, and make sure all parts, tools, and contractor services are ready when needed. This role is handson in the planning space, verifying job readiness, tracking progress, and rescheduling as required to keep equipment availability on target. Roster: 8/6, 12 hours per day (Dayshift only) Location: Peak Mine, Cobar NSW Travel Options: Residential or DIDO Residents enjoy a balanced roster and the opportunity to settle into the familyfriendly township of Cobar. Qualifications and experience An Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification/s (preferred) Minimum 5 years post-trade experience on mobile mining equipment Proven ability to plan and schedule maintenance across multiple areas and disciplines Thorough knowledge of modern maintenance planning and scheduling philosophies Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities with clear communication across departments Proficient in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), ideally Pronto, and the Microsoft Office Suite Current and valid manual Australian Drivers Licence High Risk Licence (Forklift) Experience coordinating contractor engagement and procurement activities Familiarity with reliability or continuous improvement practices in a mining maintenance environment At Aurelia Metals, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
