We are looking for a passionate Finance & AdministrationLead to join our compassionate team on afull-time basisinEmerald, QLD. About the role: Manage end-to-end processof the stock process. This includes managing raising of purchase orderthrough to to assisting with scheduling and processing of stock-takes andinvestigate any identified stock discrepancies. Maintainall (owned & leased vehicles) Fixed Asset Register Maintainstrong and proactive relationships with business leaders, ensuringeffective communication and collaboration. Contributeto the design and development of business process improvements,emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness, this includes Office policies,procedures, processes and workflows Preparemonthly diesel fuel rebates and allocation of costs, ensuring datacollection is accurate and reported Respondto accounts enquiries and investigate and/or escape discrepancies toensure accuracy of payments. Ensureinvoice work cycle process is completed within operational timeframes. Ensurethe timesheet process are completed with accuracy and within Operationaltimeframes. Ensurethe weekly payroll process is completed by Operational timeframes,ensuring accurate data inputted with minimal errors. Managecurrent and future purchase order process (manual paper and system-based). Who we are looking for: Financeand Accounting degree or currently working toward to completing the degree Intermediatelevel Microsoft Office, Excel and Word skills. SAPexperience is desirable Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
