To achieve this, we need a proven digital leader to deliver best-in-class ecommerce, experimentation, and growth at scale. The Role Reporting to the Head of Music, as Head of E-commerce, youll own the digital commerce vision and P&L across Winarch Music. Youll re-platform Musos Corner (Magento Shopify or equivalent), launch ecommerce for The Guitar Lounge from WordPress, and build a growth engine across every digital channel. This is a role for a leader who thrives on data, experimentation, and impact. Youll collaborate across teams, build systems that scale, and deliver measurable step-change growth. What Youll Do Define and execute the ecommerce roadmap to scale online sales to 50% of divisional revenue. Lead re-platforming projects, ensuring scalability, speed, and CX excellence. Build world-class digital acquisition across SEO, SEM, Paid Media, Affiliates, Marketplaces, and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) for emerging search environments. Develop omnichannel experience for customers to connect digital and retail environments. Own the full funnel, optimising every touchpoint from discovery to checkout to loyalty. Build and run structured A/B and multivariate tests across desktop, mobile, and app. Use analytics, heatmaps, session recordings and user interviews to uncover friction points. Develop and maintain a CRO playbook and prioritisation framework for rapid iteration. Partner with retail, sales, warehouse, operations, finance, designers, agencies, and analysts to deliver fast, datadriven iterations aligned to OKRs. Work with product and marketing teams to embed GEO and SEO best practices into content, catalogue, and campaigns. Build, inspire, and scale a highperforming ecommerce and growth team. Balance vision and executionprioritising initiatives with outsized impact on conversion, growth, and customer value. Report on KPIs, own the ecommerce P&L, and deliver against ambitious multimilliondollar sales targets. What You Bring Proven ecommerce leadership 58+ years scaling multimilliondollar online businesses with large product catalogues. Replatforming expertise led migrations from Magento/Shopify/Headless with minimal disruption. Deep growth marketing knowledge SEO, GEO, SEM, CRO, CX, Affiliates, analytics and performance marketing. Experimentation mindset track record of designing, running and scaling structured testing programmes. Crossfunctional leadership ability to collaborate with technical, creative, and commercial teams. Commercial acumen ownership of ecommerce P&L and revenue delivery. Innovation orientation comfort adopting AI, automation, personalisation and emerging tech into digital commerce.
