You will drive sales, lead and develop the team, and create a memorable customer experience. Key Responsibilities Proactively take ownership of overall store performance Drive sales, profit, and control costs to achieve KPIs Ensure a customercentric culture for a warm and exceptional experience Provide inspirational leadership and training to develop team results Lead, coach, and develop the retail sales team to achieve targets Develop and implement strategies that maximize sales and customer service Act as a product knowledge expert and champion our values (#WeKeepItReal, #WeAddValue, #WeMakeItPersonal, #WeAreExperts, #WeAreDistinctive) Adhere to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment, advocating OH&S principles Skills and Experience 35+ years retail management experience Strong retail background, commercial acumen and passion for customer service Reputation for collaborative and approachable style, delivering results Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams Ability to manage budgets, drive KPIs, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficient rosters Honesty, integrity, and open communication Uncompromised work ethic and willingness to get the job done Physical capability to lift, carry and move items of varying sizes Additional Requirements Applicants must be an Australian citizen, resident, or hold the right to work in Australia with a valid visa.
