This is a pivotal role responsible for the planning, delivery, and execution of key projects that directly support the divisions operational and strategic goals.You will bring strong technical capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support across all stages of the project lifecycle, from design through to execution, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements of the Lithium DivisionBuild strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication on progress, challenges, and deliverablesDevelop, manage, and track project and study budgets, schedules, and resource plans; identify and resolve variances promptlyEnsure all projects and studies adhere to relevant standards, regulations, and best practices; champion continuous process improvementProactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues as they ariseWhat is required?Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or related disciplineExtensive experience in similar roles within the mining industryExceptional analytical, problem solving and decisionmaking skills.Advanced proficiency in contract management including handling variations and claimsDemonstrated success in managing and leading highimpact crossfunctional teams.Proven ability to manage multiple highcomplexity projects simultaneously.Highly effective relationship building skills with ability to work effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levelsAbout Mineral ResourcesMinRes is a leading diversified resources company with extensive operations in lithium, iron ore, energy and mining services across Western Australia.
