About The Centre Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Lucas is an upcoming childcare centre in Lucas, a suburb in the City of Ballarat. It is located within the new Lucas masterplanned community and situated next to parks and sporting facilities. It is also a 3minute drive from Lucas Primary School, making it a convenient location for families. The Opportunity & Responsibilities Working closely with a team of educators and the Centre Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues and the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative early learning program, which will be reflective of current early years thinking and practices. As a Room Leader, you will be contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Aspire guidelines.
