About You Were seeking a visionary, commercially driven leader to head our Independent Agency team. You will have senior agency partner relationships across the Independent Agency landscape and passionate about OOH media. You bring: A track record of driving sales performance and cultivating high-value agency relationships. A genuine enthusiasm for OOHs evolution especially with MOVE 2s upcoming regional metrics and the momentum of continued regional migration. Skills & Experience An ambitious Independent Agency leader with 7+ years relevant experience. Proven success in team leadership, revenue growth and new business development. Strong ability to close business and consistently achieve or exceed budgets. Exceptional relationship builder with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach. Committed to service excellence and agency partner satisfaction. Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with a data-driven mindset. Strong organisational, analytical and accountability capabilities. Advanced skills in CRM, Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new systems and technologies.
